Tray Slips

Please, fill in ALL requested information.

Sponsored Awards: These are the 2025 awards with monetary prizes listed in the NBS December 2024 Bulletin and on the NBS website. These are the awards most entrants intend to enter. Enter the number of tray slips requested in each separate Division (I, II, III, IV, VII, and IX) for Sponsored Awards.
Open Awards: These are for entrants who want to put together a tray to be judged in any category they choose. It will not receive a ribbon or a monetary prize. You may be able to get feedback on the tray. If you are entering trays in Open Competition, see page 8 in the 2023 Blue Book for definition.

ALL information requested in the boxes must be filled in with a YES or NO answer. If you do not SIGN your application, you will not receive your tray slips.

A limited number of Tray Slips will be available at the Convention. In addition to the Sponsored Awards, you may also request Tray Slips for Non-Competitive (Div VI), Junior (Div VII), Open Competition, or Educational Display (Special Exhibits) (Div VIII). All Divisions are explained on page 3 of the 2023 Blue Book. Tray Slips are $1.00 each (free for Junior members). Checks should be made payable to the National Button Society (NBS) and sent to the Entries Chair before July 1, with a self-addressed, postage-affixed envelope. Include your email or phone number in case of questions. A #10 business-size envelope with a first-class stamp covers approx. 4 pages. Add more postage as needed. When you receive your entry packet, refer to page 8 of the 2023 NBS Blue Book regarding name and address labels.

Quantities of 25 or less are accepted for each division. If you are purchasing Junior or non-competitive tray slips, continue to the next page.

This section is for Junior and non-competitive divisions. These divisions are free to enter.

If mailing trays: please include a self-addressed stamped envelope.
